If for any reason you aren’t completely satisfied with the product and are within the 14 night trial period, please follow the return instructions below.
Most products come with a 14 night trial, however there a few that don’t. Please look out for the 14 night sleep trial badge visible on the product page.
For hygiene reasons, we aren’t able to resell any used products that are returned to us. Instead, we have partnered with a charity called Marylebone Project who provide accommodation and support to women who are homeless or are in desperate need of short-term accommodation.
